All houses will be delivered with spotlight inside and outdoor lightning and of course Aircon.

Garage floor;
All houses have garage space for 1-2 cars and all have an electric gate.
In house 1-16 you access your private garage directly from the street. While in house 17-29 you first enter a common area where you then have a private garage with a gate in connection with your house.

First floor;
Upstairs you find the living room and kitchen in open plan. The price includes built-in kitchen , silestone bench and appliances are BOSH. From the living room you have access to a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views.

Europe's best climate

Torrox is only 7 km from Nerja and consists of 3 parts; Torrox Costa, Torrox Pueblo and Torrox Park. Torrox is the place that has been chosen to have Europe's best climate. This is because the surrounding mountains keep the strong winds and bad weather away so that there is no too cold climate in the winter and the river Torrox opens up towards the sea, which means that it cools in the summer. The area has over 320 days of sunshine a year. The climate in this part of Spain is subtropical and a lot of fruit is grown in valleys and on mountain slopes.

Restaurants and grocery stores

In Peñoncillo we can find restaurants and beach bars such as Pepe Oro and Almanzor. There is a small grocery store in the immediate area and just a few kilometers away there are also large chains such as Lidl, SuperSol, Mercadona and Aldi. On Mondays you also have the local market in Torrox on Mondays.

Entertainment and activities

Along the coast you have several nice beaches and a lovely promenade. There are also many nature activities in the immediate area such as, Sierra Tejeda nature reserve, hiking trails, caves, rivers m.m. There are also diving centers in both Torrox and Nerja.

In Torrox there are also plenty of restaurants and bars and also some discos for those who are hungry for dance.

Communications

There are plenty of buses along the main road, road 340, in the direction of both Nerja and Malaga. It is also possible to get to Nerja by car in 10 minutes and it is also possible to cycle or walk to Nerja along the sea.

Airport

The nearest airport is in Málaga and it takes about 40-45 minutes to get to the airport. No tolls.
