Through booked viewings, we can reduce the number of visitors over a longer period of time to avoid congestion. This means that visitors do not have to be crowded with other unknown people and can have a better experience of the viewing. They can look around in peace and quiet and have more time to ask questions to the agent.  We take time for the viewings. We listen to the visitors to identify their needs and wishes so that they are more ready to go into a possible bidding. We know how important it is for our clients that there is time for the individual conversation. Security and a high level of service are the basis for a successful sale.
