Guadalmina is a well-established residential area known as one of the most refined and pleasant living environments in Marbella. It is split into two zones – with Guadalmina Baja south of the main road on the seaside, and Guadalmina Alta on the northern or ‘mountainside’. It is home to the Real Guadalmina Golf club and its two 18-hole courses.

Located 700 metres from the new beach promenade and a 10-minute walk to San Pedro town centre, Guadalmina Baja is an affluent enclave renowned for its leafy serenity and beauty. Spectacular homes coexist around the south course, which ends at the beach next to Hotel Guadalmina Spa & Golf Resort. It is also home to one of the best private schools in Spain, Colegio San Jose.

With fast motorway access, the opportunities for fine dining and recreational activities are limitless, in addition to those found in the shopping mall. San Pedro is just 1.5 km away, and the motorway tunnel puts you in Puerto Banus and Marbella in minutes. Both Estepona and Benahavis are a 10-minute drive away.
Family Life & Recreation
Apart from the San Jose bilingual school following the Spanish Bachillerato system, there are other well respected state schools in the area. For those that prefer a bilingual or purely English curriculum, there are other renowned schools nearby such as Calpe School, Marbella Montessori and Laude School.
