This cozy house is located in the corner of the urbanization which gives it privacy and a private side with a barbecue area. The house consists of a pleasant living-dining room with a fireplace and access through sliding doors to a large patio and garden, and a spacious independent kitchen. There is a guest toilet on the same level. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, one with its own newly renovated bathroom and the other two share the other bathroom.
Air conditioning is installed. The gardens are maintained by the community and the pool is communal.
There is a designated parking space at the top of the house.
