In the ground floor you have a kitchen and living room in open plan, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. From the living room you reach the terrace and garden in front of the house. From the bedroom you have access to a smaller terrace and garden on the back of the house.

In the upper level there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is a suit. From the two bedrooms, but also from the stairwell, you have access to the large terrace in the upper floor with fantastic views of the Mediterranean.

Torre del Mar is a coastal town next to the Mediterranean Sea with a long beach and beautiful beach promenade where there are plenty of restaurants. The beach promenade is 3 km long and ends in the marina in the next village called Caleta de Vélez. Along the beach there is a lot of activities like volleyball courts, outdoor gym, jogging track in the sand and a bike path. Next to the lighthouse you find a playground for children. In Torre del Mar, shopping is concentrated around the pedestrian street in the center. Shopping in department stores and cinema can be found in the large modern indoor gallery El Ingenio, located in between Torre del Mar and Vélez-Malaga. Every Thursday morning, all around the year, there is a local market in the center of Torre del Mars center where you can buy everything from clothes to fruits and vegetables.

In the background, north of Torre del Mar you find the beautiful Sierra Tejeda mountain range. The highest mountain is Maroma, over 2000 m high and it is actually have snow on the top some days during the winter. Beautiful and fascinating to watch in warm sunshine surrounded by palm trees. On the mountain slopes nearby there are many cozy mountain villages and in the valleys around many farmers' grows fruit trees. The climate zone is sub-tropical and therefore many tropical fruits like mango and avacado are grown in this area, but also citrus fruits, grapes and olives. During the winter the climate is great in this area, with a lot of sun and about 18-20 degrees during the days. Almost like summer in northern Europe and during this period vegetables, root vegetables and strawberries are grown.

The area fits both the active family and those who want to settle in a safe and well-maintained area. It is close to hiking trails in the mountains and also to the golf course Baviera Golf in Caleta de Vélez. The beach is of course the meetingpoint during most of the year, especially in the summer. It is also funny in the summer to take a trip to Aquavelis, the water park in Torre del Mar, where both children and grown-ups can play in the water slides. In the winter months, it is a popular training area for cyclists - from world-class to athletes. If you want to go skiing or snowboarding in winter, Europe's southernmost and sunniest ski resort Sierra Nevada, is reached by car within 1h and 45min. If you instead want a big city pulse or a rich cultural life, Málaga and the old city Centro Histórico is only 30 minutes away. Malaga is also the nearest airport for both international and domestic flights.
