Frigiliana is a very pretty, small village and last year it was named Spain's most beautiful village. The view from the village is both over mountains and sea. Frigiliana has many narrow beautiful alleys and is alive all around the year. You will find many cozy restaurants and bars. In the village there is many small shops and once a week there is a market in a town square. Frigiliana is a very popular tourist destination since the white Andalusian village is included in the route "los pueblos blancos".

In Frigilina you find an old natural spring and a very beautyful old catholic church still in use. During the year, several town festivals are celebrated, and a very popular and enjoyable festival is "tres culturas" celebrating the multicultural history of the village with 3 religions - Christians, Muslims and Jews.
A couple of kilometers from Frigiliana you will find the lost village Achebuchal in the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama. The location is almost on the border between Frigiliana and Competa. In the National Park in the surroundings of Frigiliana there is several hikes for those who like to enjoy the beautyful nature.
