The town houses is built in 2 levels.

Ground floor:
Living room and kitchen, possible with open plan living if you like it, or a wall with door in between the kitchen and living room. You chose your own design of the kitchen and the building company have several options with kitchen machines from Bosch and Siemens. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Big terrace outside. Private swimming pool is an option, but also possible with garden for clients who prefer that. The corner houses have bigger plots and therefor it is possible with both private swimming pool and garden.

Top floor:
Entrance is upstairs in phase 3. On this level you also find a big double room with balcony and a bathroom en-suite. On this floor you find 2 more double rooms and 1 more bathroom. All bedrooms has built-in warderobes.

Parking:
Private parking space on the plot behind gates is included. A option is electric gates.

Caleta de Vélez is a charming small coast village next to the Mediterranean sea with beach promenade and port with the beautiful mountain range Sierra Tejeda in the background. On the mountain slopes nearby there are many cozy mountain villages and in the fertile valleys the farmers' have their fruit plantage. The climate zone is sub-tropical and therefore many tropical fruits like mango and avocado are grown in this area, but there are also citrus fruits, grapes and olives. During the winter months, the climate is almost like a Scandinavian summer, and vegetables, root vegetables and strawberries are cultured.

The area suits both the active family and those who want to settle in a safe and well-maintained area. There is a really good golf course, Baviera Golf, and it is also close to hiking trails. In the winter months, it is a popular training area for cyclists - from world-class to amateurs. In less than 1.5 hours drive, you reach Sierra Nevada, Europe's sunniest and southernmost ski resort.If you prefer city pulse or a rich cultural range, the big city Málaga is only 30 minutes away. There you also find the nearest international airport.

There is both fishing and small boat harbor, and next to it there is a long beautiful beach promenade linked to Torre del Mar, located 2 kilometers west of Caleta de Velez. Along the harbor and promenade there are plenty of restaurants. On the beautiful beach there are beach volleyball courts and playgrounds.

Caleta de Velez mainly consists of residential villas, but there is also nice town house areas with nice communal swimming pool areas and apartments next to the beach. Here you can find a home that suits everybody!
Within bicycling distance, Aquavelis Water Park is reached in Torre del Mar, which has many slopes for both younger and older children.

Every Saturday a local market is arranged along the main street. Here is everything possible to buy - clothes, ceramics, leather goods and plants. There are also locally grown fruits and vegetables at really good prices! In the big shopping center El Ingenio in Torre del Mar you find modern shopping in department stores, restaurants and even cinema.
