We’ve met a lot of real estate agents on the Costa del Sol over the years, but none as knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely nice as André Moraru at Mäklarhuset Marbella. He’s always available, quick to respond, and really listens to what you’re looking for. He’s also great at suggesting properties that are a little outside your original ideas, which helped us see options we might otherwise have missed. André has a great way of handling viewings. He’s always there to answer questions, but never puts any pressure on you or tries to push a quick sale. When we found the right home, he helped us find a building inspector who was both thorough and quick in all communication. From our first viewing all the way to getting the keys, André went above and beyond to help us through the whole process. If we ever decide to sell our property, André will be our first call without a doubt.

We have met many estate agents during our buying process, but André Moraru is in a class of his own. He has the ability to understand your needs, give advice and read different situations. André was also a great support throughout the buying process and in dialogues with sellers and lawyers. He was there every step of the way until we had the keys to the house in our hands, and even after that to resolve some challenges with the property, which he handled with great skill. Another important quality was that he never gave up in our search for a home, but worked with great dedication to find what we were looking for. He also masters several languages, such as Spanish, English, Swedish and Hungarian, to name a few. Mäklarhuset was the right choice.
